Here’s the deal- Me, DD and my awesome sister are going to check out our local roller derby team. (like I don’t have enough to do) They are looking for fresh meat, no try outs- just a passion for skating and volunteerism. I skated when I was younger, I didn’t suck. I need some sort of exercise that isn’t boring and I have always loved roller derby girls. I may be on to something.
I need suggestions for roller derby names for all three of us. I personally like Sister Sledgehammer. DD thinks I should be “BEAT les” for my love of the Beatles with a lesbian undertone. Eh, I am not sure it works.
Do you all have any suggestions?

Hey, OT, but I saw your post over at Hahn’s, about your reunion?
I started going to reunions as an act of affirmation — that they were no better and no worse than me.
I found that, as we get older, we change dramatically. I was amazed at how differently we view each other.
GO to the reunion. ENJOY it.

Oh, and, as far as a name?
Is “Dyke on Wheels” over the top?
How about “Rollin’ Ragin’ [name that begins with "R"]”
